The form above should be downloaded onto your computer's desktop, filled in, saved as a .doc document, and then sent as an attachment in an email to my regular NSCC email address (i.e., not inside our Angel classroom email)

 

Two midterm self-evaluations of your work in this class will be required, and at the end of the quarter a final SE will be due. Three weeks into the quarter I will ask you to post your responses to the following questions to the SE folder in the classroom.

Please remember: You will need to keep precise records of everything you do related to this course during the quarter, because this is all to be very exact - no estimates or approximations (except for section 1). These materials will be a large determinant in my assigning your final grade.
